IN MEMORIAM

Throughout the years, the College Language Association have lost many valuable members--individuals whose commitment to education and to the study of language, literature, and culture has inspired us all. Though it is impossible to catalogue all who have gone on to be with the ancestors, we recognize their service with a memorial moment at the Business Meeting of the annual CLA convention, and we strive to honor all of their lives and legacies in the work that we do through the College Language Association each and every day. The obituaries provided below are just a few of the members who have blessed our ranks, starting in 2017 when we began cataloguing that information on the CLA website.
